the schiit on the other had are also good, but more balanced. made the sundaras base very thumpy and tight. The low end on the ifi was very very very good. The main differences i felt in the short time listening to the ifi with the sundaras, versus my schiit stack with the sundaras are the low end bass and the highs. personally i thought there was a big difference given i had never heard both the sundaras and the ifi zen dac before, so much so i almost didnt get the sundaras cos they made the sundaras sound off to me. when i went to test them out, the shop let me try them out with the ifi zen dac v2. i recently purchased a pair of hifiman sundaras. My daily driver is the schiit stack (modi 3, magni 3H). Late to the party but i wanted to put my two cents out there in case anyone else in the future has the same question.
